Photo Day Details

Hello Parents & Coaches.

Arrival: Teams need to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled START time. Order forms will be available at check in, but to make the time run smoother- you can print the order form below by right clicking on the image and saving to your computer.

Coach FREEBIE: Coaches are given a complimentary digital image with their player(s) so be sure to tell us you are the COACH so we can snap that photo!

PARENTS WITH MULTIPLE PLAYERS ON DIFFERENT TEAMS? There is no need to try and get to each player’s scheduled time. Bring ALL your players to JUST ONE of the scheduled times. Just be sure to complete the order form with the correct team names for each player AND confirm the LANE your player should have their photo taken in.

Sibling/Buddy Photos: To add a sibling/buddy photo to your order: On one of their individual order forms, write your regular order for their individual pose. On the next line, write “SIBLING or BUDDY POSE” and the package letter you want to order of that pose. When ordering a regular package of your player’s pose, you can choose from the “add-on” options for the sibling/buddy pose.

DETAILS ON PHOTOS: This is composite photography. Images will be taken of players in different poses, using a lighted backdrop. These poses are used to custom design both the individual and team photo. Once the player has had their poses taken, they are FREE TO LEAVE (no waiting around for a team photo)
